These scooters need to be plated and have insurance coverage. Everyone with motorcycles need to….
I heard in ottawa they started that
That little punk probably thought he was cool, playing a real life game of ” Frogger ” There needs to be an example made here by the police, and swiftly.
And if he had been drinking booze, or stoned ? Nothing would have happened…Right ?
All this has done, is give other little punks the same idea. How many have been riding on the highways in the early hours of the morning, when there is probably very little police present. And if the police gave chase, that officer would probably be in trouble. If the little punk died in a police chase, the punks family would probably sue the police.
Laws need to be enforced, fines handed out, then maybe…..just maybe change will happen
its okay, that person needs to learn the hard way
Brake check em ?
So Waterloo only 16+ can ride a an electric scooter and is it the same for Toronto?
Interesting
it’s not dangerous as anything going the same speed
the same applies to cars + trucks
+ horses
+ surfboards
+ boats
either everyone is dangerous
or no one is dangerous
however, vulnerability to serious injury varies with degree of exposure to impact + shielding
each to their own
