And do note a lot of those that end up hospitalized do not have OHIP and are on the interim federal health program and do not qualify for home care so they cannot be discharged until something is in place thereby holding up a bed.
the parents are allowing these children out on motorized vehicles with 0 road experience. they dont understand how traffic works and drive the things like maniacs. I have a surron lbx and it scares the hell out of me. i think like skateparks we need to look at creating some parks for these things.
Kids get hit because DRIVERS act as if they own the roads. SEPARATE LANES solves this.
