the parents are allowing these children out on motorized vehicles with 0 road experience. they dont understand how traffic works and drive the things like maniacs. I have a surron lbx and it scares the hell out of me. i think like skateparks we need to look at creating some parks for these things.
Kids get hit because DRIVERS act as if they own the roads. SEPARATE LANES solves this.
